Breakfast: A half blueberry muffin and 4 cups of water
Lunch: A salad with cucumbers, cheese, and a very small amount of ranch and 2 cups of water
Dinner: Same as lunch

breakfast: whole grain bread or pumpernickel with whatever you want. + egg if u want
lunch: cook them carrots and brocoli and gratinate with cheese. add fish or some other meat
nighttime: don't eat much now, your body is gonna sleep already. now you can eat fruit and salat and whatever else if you are still hungry and can't sleep cause your stomach is hurting.
living healthy goes first and eating fast food or candy will make you bigger even if you say "hm I just eat half a cupcake" and the salat can also have calories depending on the dressing
I use very little ranch on my salad, but I can switch to plain salad if necessary.
Honey, where's the protein? Add some chicken, or beef, eggs, peanuts, something.
I don't even think you're taking in 1000 calories with that food.

I'm not trying to look anorexic, I'm trying to get down to a healthy weight so I don't die from diabetes and heart disease.

googled cupcake n muffin.. same shit and muffin has more calories aswell. you are doing the inefficient diet, you are bouncing your body into strave mode, when you stop the diet you will end with more pounds then before as your body will try to revocer the nutrition it has lost. you better just change the way you eat daily
Throw some fish in there or something, you need protein and fish is very good for you. And the muffin is a terrible choice unless it's made with whole grain. Bleached/ refined flour is horrible no matter how good it tastes.
Fish is disgusting, so I'll add one-half egg.
And since the muffin is a "horrible" choice, I'll replace it with a bowl of cucumbers.
Ok well one egg, since they have so much cholesterol in them.
And cucumbers has less calories, which is good :)
There's days when I just don't want to eat at all because I feel like a fat pig... so disgusted with myself.
Even on days when I eat like one piece of pizza and a cup of water, I feel like a greedy pig.

I feel like avoiding food is the only way to control myself.
Even after eating an apple I feel disgusted.
I get it, I've been there. And I know it's insanely difficult to break that mindset, it's the worst thing in the world to feel that way about yourself. I just started to go to the gym a lot. Like I'd eat a little more each week and force myself to burn the majority of the calories so I wouldn't feel gross. I just started to eat more and more until I was a healthy level and I kept working out, and then I stopped caring so much.

you CAN eat the same foods everyday as long as you're meeting your nutritional needs but you will get sick of it lol. you should switch it up from time to time so that you don't go cray cray :D

well salad is good because its mixed vegetables just don't go cray cray on the cheese and croutons and bacon bits if those were an option. and go easy on the dressing and throw in protein in that salad and chicken breast or something.
I add a very small amount of cheese each time for dairy, and I don't ass bacon bits at all. And croutons are gross!!
hahaa good good! and cheese is a good source of dairy. but srsly try to get some protein in your diet, whether it be tofu or meat or soy products.
