Define normally that's the real question? Honestly what I would do is continue exercising, but unfortunately I was like you; in the sense that I just like food and sweets. So what I did is cut down on what I eat instead, I would eat half of what I would normally eat in sugars (since it really was to hard to cut it off completely). I also increased my exercise regimen to thirty minutes of intense training everyday and I mean intense-intense, with this I began to slowly began to lose weight. When I started seeing results the decision to go healthy just came naturally.

Just see how your dance class goes first. You might not have to do anything extreme.
To tone legs, running around and doing compact cardio routines will help. Squats are probably the best exercise for you.
Theoretically, you would lose weight if you eat the same but do more activity. But keep in mind that you might be inclined to snack EXTRA because you are hungrier after a workout. You can eat sweets and stuff, but try to include whole grains and nuts and stuff for fiber, so then you won't eat as much later.
Yes. As long as what you eat doesn't have tons of fat and other bad stuff for you, any of those sweets will get burned off if you're doing the right exercising. Remember, cardio = fat burning. 30-60 minutes a day will help improve weight with proper diet.

Your individual and family genetics will be the biggest factor in the outcome of this question. However, there is nothing wrong with increasing your exercise time / reps / intensity. You will definitely feel better, at the least.
Try it out, but do NOT get discouraged if you don't see results as fast as you'd like to. The more fit or in shape you are, the harder you have to work to see an improvement compared to a less fit individual.you can still eat the same but to really get rid of that pouch tummy all you need is cardio cardio and more cardio
if you start getting in shape then you'll either lose weight or you stay the same weight but lose fat (so you'll be more defined).
