Hey everyone :) so I eat pretty healthy, but I still eat sweets and stuff on a day to day basis. Not a bunch, but still.. And with my diet alone, I am able to maintain my weight. I really want to get more in shape though, like loose my little pouch tummy and maybe tone up my legs. If I start working out like lets say everyday, but keep eating how I do, would I loose weight? The thing is, if I try and edit my diet, I end up breaking it or gaining a bit of weight. I recently started taking a dance class everyday and plan to go to the gym when my schedule allows. Will I loose weight or stay the same if I still eat normally?
