Also, a stomach ache is not even necessarily a pregnancy symptom. That could be a symptom of many other things. Have you actually missed a period? Have you been nauseous, had food aversions or cravings, sore boobs, increased urination, fatigue, mood swings, etc? All of those could be pregnancy symptoms, but of course, it varies depending on the person. But obviously a pregnancy test will be the only way to know for sure.
Don't tell your lover or anymore people. That will ruin your reputation. Like Imtheone88 said, your friends are not doctors.

Go to the doctor. Be open and as honest as possible with your parents, your boyfriend and your doctor, the shit storm will end sooner that way, trust me.
Unless you plan on having an abortion, which I personally hope you do not. In that case I would keep it on the down low though.
