I like high intensity interval training, it's high energy which I love, and cardio is super easy for me.
It's strength training that comes as a challenge for me and is something I need serious motivation to do. I don't do it often because I'm not good at enduring through it, and I'm not good at enduring through it because I don't do it often, so it's a repeated cycle for me. Exercises like push-ups bore me, and tire me out in a way H-I-I-T and cardio doesn't. Don't get me wrong, cardio and H-I-I-T are tough but I feel more energized than anything after. The tiredness I get from strength training is more of a, my-bones-are-screaming, sore type of tired.
I'm not into weights either. That's another bore to me.

I do sit ups, squats, and yoga!!!<3
Girls do stairs exercises for glutes / legs, treadmill (running), biking. Some girls do squats, triceps, shoulders. Its very rare to see an 18-24 year old doing chest/back.
Is this a real question. Just look at the cabooses on some of these chicks. They don't do exercises... no... they do ASSercises.

Yoga just really began to grow on me people really underestimate how much of a work out it really is. It'll certainly make you sweat, keep you in shape, and the relaxation is amazing both physically after working out but mentally and emotionally as well. It's like an escape from your normal everday stressful life. Plus staying flexible is a bonus ;) lol
Before yoga I've always enjoyed going to the gym and using machines, weights, and other excersise equipment. Until now I hated using my own body weight to do excersises so I avoided crushes, push-ups, pull-ups, etc.I can't do a push up, but I think that if I could I would do them all of the time. I always do squats and lunges and I dance a lot. Yoga is fun as well. Exercise in general is just fun though sometimes it is very hard to get started due to procrastination.
I ask to the trainer a routine, it's usually based on 90 minutes of cardio & 30 min of weight lifting (20-40 pounds, upper & low body, respectively). I also make an hour of belly dance or kick boxing.
I HATE pushups. I can barely do them. Like to the point where trying is pretty much a waste of time.
I prefer walking, hiking, running, yoga, and light weightsi used to do a lot of cardio and zumba but i decided to lifts some weights now and do some weight training because i want to get toned, tighten up my butt and stomach.
I lift weights (squats, dead lifts, curls, lunges) running and I also do yoga
Personally, I like to do Zumba. Push ups are hard and boring to do. I rather do something that keeps my attention.
