Does this sound like a good thing?

I've completely lost my appetite for a lot of things, mainly junk food. I gave my cookies, chips, ice cream, and donuts to my mom and sister.
I also lost my appetite for eggs, pizza, hot dogs, burgers, fries, and any type of fast food. Even Chinese food.

Now all I eat is salad, yogurt, fruits, veggies, and drink water.

I also lost my cravings for soda.
Does this sound like a good thing?
