Is it ok for a guy to cry?

Ok so a few gaggers know that my partner Hannah is not well mentally but she's being helped anyway after seeing her today at the hospital well I fell apart emotionally and when a nurse spotted me leaving really upset she rushed over to me stopped me driving home and took me back in and asked a therapist to speak to me and he said i was now coming to terms with what was happening and it come full force and that i likely was emotionally recieving Hannah's pain signals something my brain was supressing really well till now.

Hannah did not see me upset or with the therapist

I have now got to see a emotional support therapist at my local non mental health hospital.

But is it wrong for a guy to cry and fall apart?

No, there is nothing wrong with a man crying. Crying and accepting your emotions is the healthiest thing in the world. If you hold on to all that pain it will eat you alive! I grew up with a very macho man father & barely ever saw him cry but when he did, I knew something terrible had happened. So, now I really get choked up when I see a man crying, because it relates to me he must be feeling some real bad emotional pain.

Not at all man, it's healthier to cry than to suppress your emotions. You're going through a tough time, so crying is totally normal, after all, you're human.

I hope your friend gets well soon, I doubt she'll read this, but she has all my support :)

Man I cry when I watch bambi so seeing your partner like that is not only ok fuck its the right thing to do. Hang in there man stay strong. And remember real men show they care.

thanks , i wish i could feel strong at the moment maybe my counselling session on Friday evening will help, but i my nightmares of her being trapped will just get worse ( i fell asleep about 2 hours after getting home due lack of sleep and stress which has put my heart rate up and about an hour after posting this orignal question i had a really nasty one.
