C. Great cardiac workout without the impact problems of a treadmill. Easier to read or work on something else at the same time, and my disabled daughter can use also, since she can sit and work her legs without balance problems getting in the way.

what is special about this one?

It has a stainless steel construction, so theoretically it rides more smoothly than aluminum. It's less rigid basically. But this one intentionally has no suspension. It's almost like a car aficionado driving a manual for the experience. :)

Weight lifting easily
i can get my cardio by running outside and playing soccer
i can put on muscle with all those weights!
too bad those weights are $$$$

So many women are scared of weight lifting but I guarantee better results. Cardio is great for weight loss but in the long run isn't as good for your body :)

I go for D. Its nicer to run or cycle in nature than on an artificial thing. Without weigths, at home you can only do exercises with your body, like abs, squats, pull-ups, push-ups.

Squat rack. Squats use over 200 muscles so it's one of the best compound lifts there are.

I looooooove the elliptical trainer!!! I wish I could have one in my bedroom. I'd wake up at 5 am to use it for 90 minutes daily!! I'm in love with these things! :D
