Hahaha, yes, as douchey as it sounds, I actually feel my muscles all the time. I don't care, though. I've worked so hard to gain size and strength that I get a rush seeing the results.
It feels amazing to be strong and to have muscle. It's addicting, which is why people get so wrapped up in going to the gym. People who don't lift weights don't understand how amazing it feels to finish a workout with your muscles exhausted and endorphins surging through your body. It's a higher high than any drug can give! There's a reason that muscular guys get so cocky. We do feel invincible, especially since most of us started out as small and weak (many of us were bullied in school) and built our strength and pride in the gym.
After having been bullied in school, it is nice to feel like no one can f*ck with me. I admit that being bullied drove me very hard to want to gain strength. That, and wanting girls to notice. Girls should encourage all guys to go to the gym rather than telling us they don't want to date meatheads. If all guys lifted weights consistently, girls would have better looking and more confident guys to choose from. There'd be more guys asking girls out rather than having so many guys afraid to even talk to the girl they like. Too many guys shy away from what they want because they don't believe they deserve it, and they don't believe they deserve it because they have low self-esteem.

Meh, when you're fit and healthy you feel better for it. The problem is sustainability, as soon as you get what one might call a proper job; working out goes out the window, you don't have the time or energy for it. I used to hit the gym before I started freelancing but it became impossible once I started working round the clock on very little sleep. The majority of ripped dudes won't have a career to match the body so it's a trade off. I don't give a shit what motivational soundbites and slogans people bullshit with, it's impractical. lol
And why can't we girls feel like that?

hmmmm...
well I am not into body building or weight lifting.
I think women that want muscles look really gross. One of the best things about women is that they are so soft and "delicate" as you say.
it isn't like we can feel our muscles. they just are there.
it is nice to be able to move things? sure.
it is even nicer when we are doing things for our woman that she can't even lift something and I am able to just move it without issue. makes me feel good probably because I think it makes me look better to her.
Hopefully you are not like the woman that I cannot help but see in the @GoldCobra post (I do not read any post before commenting so i am not influenced. but it is right in my field of view).
those women are not a turn on to most guys.
so if you are, just know your basically only going to be a turn on the other low IQ men bodybuilders...
stay soft and delicate.. that is where your power is...Hmmm. I don't know. Why don't you ask Dana linn Bailey?
s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/.../...c8fab38172.jpgit feels like...
imgace.com/.../i-kicked-his-ass.jpgI don't know, i build muscle like shit.
When i do a lot of plyo work, I don't feel stronger, but I feel -lighter-, if that makes sense.Things are still heavy, they are just easier to be moved. Its hard to explain, it feels good to be strong, but it feels better to look strong.
I can assure, there are plenty of guys who have no idea what in the hell you're talking about.
Love the feeling... love seeing my body putting on muscle and getting stronger since I grew up being scrawny... feels good and makes me feel sexy
I can lift 200 kg chest, and feel confident where ever I go its like having a pair of wings, and when you build up sexual energy and physical from going to gym and release it on a girl its haven
I am not very strong overall.
