Please help me out with this. I'm so insecure! :( ?

So I'm 14 and short as hell. I'm like 146 cm. My friends and family are like 'why aren't you growing' It's a hard thing to deal. And I'm like 48-50 kg, pretty much chubby for my height. I got my periods when I was in 5th grade and now I'm about enter 9th grade. TWO doctors told me that girls don't really grow much after getting periods. My mom is like 5 - 5'1 and my dad 5'8/ 175-6 cm. I hate that I have boobs and ass and everything but NOT height! I feel like I'm like a ball with boobs, If that even makes any sense. So you guys can see how insecure I am. I just wanna know If I'lll grow.. I was ike 142 cm when I was in 5th grade. So is it the max height I'll reach?

You might actually not grow much anymore. I got my period in the 5th grade and by the end of 5th grade I was 5'3". I'm 19 years old now and I'm only an inch taller than that now. (5'4")

It's okay though. A lot of people are short and I don't think many people mind short girls. Plus you can always wear heels once you're older.

You indeed won't grow a lot anymore, but is that really a bad thing? Lots of guys loovveee short petite girls. Like Ariana Grande is also about your height.
The things that do still grow are your boobs, butt and hips, so you can still get a nice shape.
If you really hate it that you're chubby, you could always work on that.

I have no. idea how long 5' is. I'm not American.
It's a good possibility for you to grow about 4 cm taller, since your parents are taller than you as well.
If you want to know how your shape is going to look like (which is more important), you could look at your mother's and aunt's shapes to predict how you're going to look like. If you look more like your mom, look at your mom and aunts from your mother's side.
Do you have any aunts, grandmothers etc who are shorter than your parents?

5' is about 152 cm's I guess. I look more like my mom, with the bodyshape and everything. Most of my mom's aunts are tall except for ONE i guess and she's about my mom's height. and my mother's grandmother was short I think. and almost everybody from my dad's family is tall.

Hmm that's unfortunate then you've stayed short then, but there's a bigger chance you're still growing some inches. Also because you've grown recently. I wouldn't give up hope yet and otherwise, love your body as how it is. Being short has it's advantages.

Eh, I'm pretty sure I was growing until I was 16 or so. I grew most of my growth between 12 and 14 though. Some people grow until the age of 18 though, so don't fret!

And even if you stay tiny, some guys actually like that. Maybe it's heaven for the ~167~172 region who actually prefer shorter girls than them. :p

Well if you stay that way, you'll just have to live with that. Be glad you don't have genetic disorders that make your organs fall into each other, and you were actually born with arms and feet.

Females can grow until they're 18, so you still have time to get taller! But if you don't, don't sweat it. I'm short. I didn't like it at first, but I've grown to love it.

Yeah only grew like 0.2 inch after period so 😰😓
But if you stretch a lot it actually helps, try pilates and yoga :) and keep a good posture :D
