I read once an article (sorry, can't provide a link) about woman who had "heavy" days. She stopped to eat meat/fish/bird/eggs etc., in other words she became a vegetarian. She wrote her "days" became much easier. After that she stopped to eat boiled, fried food. Only fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc. "Days" become almost unnoticeable and almost no blood.

That sounds bad. To be honest periods are one reason why I'm glad to be male. Do Birth Control pills stop the pain? Simply to use them for a few days and then stop. No idea if that would work, but good luck.
Going vegan. No joke. I used to get cramps so bad that I'd stay home from school, but I've been vegan for almost a year now and not once have I gotten cramps. Even minor cramps. I did get bloated a few times, but I think it was just because I ate junk food lol.
Get your doctor to give you prescribed medication for dysmenorrhea.

Perhaps you have endometriosis or dysmenorrhea. I would suggest consulting with a doctor and asking about those particular afflictions so they can do the right tests. If you just say that you have painful periods all they'll do is say it's normal. Sometimes doctors are really obtuse and WE have to do their work for them.
Regulate your diet, avoid eating just any food which causes heat in the body. Try eating salads, drink lemonades - you need to find out what works out best for you
