Is it Bad That I Sleep Walk?

So last night I slept walked. It was only the second known time and I'm wondering if it could escalate to be more dangerous. So far the most dangerous thing I've done is slug my sister a few times in the arm while she watched TV. I eventually go back to my room, according to my sister, but I'm wondering if something worse can happen. Thanks!

I would be worried yes, because sleepwalking can progressively get worse over time. I would talk to a physician about the issue to see if you can get a referral to a specialist if you are concerned.

Yes, there are stories of people sleepwalking into the street and getting hit by vehicles. :/
