It may be difficult for many people to do it well, because it can be challenging to focus your mind, but it isn't hard to get the basics down. Block out sensory distractions like light and noise (I use earplugs and a sleep mask), find a relaxing place to sit, breathe in slowly through your nostrils, breathe out slowly through your mouth. If you do this for a few minutes, and try to block out distracting thoughts while focusing only on breathing, you will probably notice that some tension has left your body when you finish.
There are guided meditations you can probably use through a phone app like Audible or Spotify. I haven't done a lot of meditation recently, but when I did a guided one once in a class, it really helped. I may have to get back into it.

It's nice. I meditated about 5 minutes a day for a month or so and I was so calm and clearheaded. Work was easier and I was able to avoid bad moods and arguements at home. I need to get back into it.
Just try it out and you'll find what works for you.
When I did it it was hard but they say it gets easier if you try more. I did it regularly for a short period of time and it started getting easier but then I stopped
Yes, it was dificult at first but with time it gets easier to focus. I meditate daily and it has helped with anxiety.
