You're BMI would put you into the 'overweight' category, although BMIs are often inaccurate if you have a large amount of muscle. The Rock (the actor), for instance would be considered obese. If you are looking to loose weight I would stop drinking all liquid calories and use My Fitness Pal. I lost 15 pounds just doing those 2 things.

You are a little on the heavy side - healthy BMI is under 25. You've made a great start by going for walks, keep it up. Watch what you're eating and you should lose even more faster.

Your plan sounds like a good one. A BMI of 25 or a little less is where you want to be.
It depends on your body type but I think you should aim for 120-130 pounds.
