Sooo is there any advice for me on what to do to get motivated and how to reach my goals?
Do something you enjoy, such as a team sport, dancing, martial arts? 'Working out' sucks, in my view, it's too mechanical and sterile. It's too head based, ie a conceptualised notion of what your body should look like, rather than a body that naturally occurs through healthy and wholesome activity.
Listen to your body too. If you're not feeling energetic, then you're doing a lot already in your personal life, you're exhausted in fact, probably, and need rest. Exercise is quite depleting and energy consuming. So give yourself a break. Aim to do a little, rather than some lofty goals which aren't attainable in the long run.
Well, it depends how bad you want it. In my case , I had broken up with my girl and was searching for some new, I knew I had to get fit to feel better about my self. It's not easy , it takes a lot of dedication.
Just walk into the gym , and bring your iPod with
Cool music and off you go.
Put up a picture of your dream body to help motivate you. Set small goals for yourself. And if you feel like you don't wanna work out look in the mirror naked.

Fantasize about your ideal body in great detail, and then conclude that diligent exercise will get you there.
Sometimes you simply have to force yourself to the gym. Once you're there you'll notice it's actually quite fun!
Realize that you'll never achieve your goal unless you literally move. Start small with walks, work into running, the push ups, squats, sit-ups, pull ups etc. Set a daily goal for yourself and knock it out!!
make it a routne, set goals, take before/after pix, read tons of fitness articles to get in the mindset, find role models (michelle lewin, jamie easton, etc)
force yourself to get out and exercise and remember that good feeling you get after you've cooled down remember that feeling and it will encourage you to continue working out, I know that is sounds kind of weird but it works for me

Get yourself a reward once you make your goal.
