How can I motivate myself to exercise?

As we all know Summer is approaching... and I want to get my goal body, toned with somewhat deined abs, by latest August. The thing is, I always say I'm going to exercise the next morning but I never do. I have little motivation to work out because I'm quite busy with exams and I'm not overweight so I don't actually need to, I just want to get fit for my looks and for inner health.
Sooo is there any advice for me on what to do to get motivated and how to reach my goals?
