I don't have much more to say than sexyasianboi26, except that you have enough motivation to write here for help and to buy stuff. It means you have some. So I don't believe you when you say zero. You just don't aim it right direction. (Screaming in the face and some more motivation surely helps with this)
But one thing is clear. There is no easy way no avoiding no shortcut. Only way to start is Start! At some point you have to do something and it's not writing here or buying stuff. It's doing.
I personally don't like notion that it has to be screaming and stuff to get you there. I believe there are pleasant ways and that those are better because you build more positive outlook on working out, but screaming works and works fast, so it's definitely one way.
Find trainer and good luck.

I think you're trying to do too much, too soon. You get frustrated and quit. Eating sh*tty food is a habit, just like any other habit.
Kill the gym membership, get some good shoes and start walking. Slowly and for a short distance at first.
Get outside and look at this beautiful world. It's springtime, the weather is nice- the trees and flowers are in bloom. Appreciate your surroundings.
Gradually increase your distance and pace.
Do this while you slowly change your diet. Stop going for fast food. Quit it cold turkey. You can do it.
I'm on Wellbutrian XL 300 for my depression and it also helps with weight loss and motivation.

Ive taken a 500+ pound woman, and made her look like a p*rnstar, no joke. She's now 125lbs with a great body, although it did took 5 years of hard work. (she did have a couple of skin surgeries but that's because she weighed over 500 pounds)
I basically made her sign a paper that says, look I'm gonna be your own personal Marine corp Drill Instructor, and other people especially therapists are going to give her moral support.
Have you seen biggest loser? I am 10 times as worse as those trainers, because I will get in your face and scream like a demon.
Her weightloss program was part of a psychological study and effects of the human body. Can't say anymore details for confidentiality but she didn't have to pay me big bucks, the university did.
My best advice is find someone that is willing to slap that fast food out of your hand. Trust me, nothing works better than tough love. You can't. Period. Find someone to be accountable to.
People who have the willpower to change themselves are so rare that we call them "Legendary Leaders" throughout history. For the rest of us having a fitness buddy means the world.
As for McD's and sh*t just stop going. You don't live in there so there's simply no reason for you to go. For once in your life BE LAZY AND STOP GOING! I mean if you can find the strength to get in the car and go drive to McD's you can go to the Nature Center and eat a PB&J that you made too.look at your body in the mirror. that should give you enough motivation. associate junk food with the negative image.
I started working out after I lost a lot of weight looking almost anorexic (just bad diet...).
I am now an eternal unsatisfied about my body which is why I keep working out.
It's when you think "oh it's not that bad" about your body that you lose motivation. It has to come from you. Like with all habits, it starts with getting yourself in the right state of mind. If you want to do this, it has to be for you.. It's OK to have days you don't want to stay with it or need your fix ... It's up to how important it really is, and becomes to you.
Good luck..Stop acting like you're on autopilot.
Why do you go get fast food?
You need to be really honest about this.
Do you eat because you're bored? Because you're actually hungry? Because you feel down and want the dopamine hit from junk food?
