I am dying to lose weight! Help?

Yup, I'm just dying to lose weight and I can't because I'm living with an entire family that eats in an unhealthy way and A LOT! It's not that I blame them, I know I can't stop eating myself , BUT I CAN'T STOP THINKING OF THAT!

I have the enthusiasm to lose weight, but I don't seem to have the ability to do anything about it! ALL m friends are losing weight and they've become so so so beautiful and inspiring, I AM MOTIVATED and INSPIRED but I still don't know what to do.. help?

I'm 80 Kgs, 163.5 cm tall.. I have 30 KGS of muscles and my bones weigh.. I'm not sure how to put this but yea! Help?

ok so it took me a long time to perfect my style. I'm currently losing weight. or fat. it isn't easy but ti is so simple its amazing. OK so you need to slowly converge otherwise you won't stick to anything. slowly go from eating fast food and soda to fruits vegatables beef jerky is great as long as its jacksons and not slim jims. look up what is really in fast food. mccdonalds is only 15 percent meat. look up gmo. ( genetically modified foods) that will make you stop drinking soda and fast food for good trust me it worked for me. look what's really in your soda. look how much they charge and how much it costs them to get the stuff. look what your eating KNOW WHAT YOUR PUTTING INTO YOUR BODY. and above all work out to. run one day ride a bike the next. do situps and push ups the next slowly progress and when your sore and don't feel like going do it anyways when your sore is the best time to lose weight. even if you can barely stand try. trust me I did high school football and am losing weight well. if you want help go to a pharmacy and get a Glucomannan supplement. its much cheaper than lipozene. its a plant it is a dietery fiber. drink lots of water with it. trust me I'm doing it right now it makes you feel full. when you eat cereal eat one cup of cereal and one cup of milk measure it out. look at portion size and eat only one portion of it. do this and you will see the lb's go away rapidly. and remmeber have patience. you'll only lose one to two lb's a week. oh and eat about 2500 calories. don't go under 1500. if you do your metabolism will slow down and you'll lose weight a ton slower. this isn't jsut a diet this is a life change you must change completly or else you'll gain it back.and remember we love ya so make sure you have support from people including family. don't do it just for the looks do it to be healthier.

I had this same problem growing up.Just drink plenty of water,don't eat what they eat and let your family know your not going to eat unhealthy food all the time. prepare your own meals, you can still eat with your family just eat your own food. once you do that for a while your family will know your serious and they will support you.

You should try getting to a gym, find a personal trainer to help set an exercise routine for you and try to eat healthy on your own, Blueberries and watermellons are good for helping people lose weight, sweating will help you loose a few pounds as well.

Find a crossfit gym near you and join them. They will take care of you, and it will change your life.

you could try to encourage your whole family. cook a few days a week yourself, and maybe it'll motivate them to do that as well
