Which workout will be better for me to do?

Im trying to get a bigger butt so for the last couple of weeks I been working out. Maybe for like ten minutes a day I'll do lunges ill do a total of 20-40 each day then I found another workout I could do where I do lunges squats and jumping jacks each day but as the week goes I will have to increase the number of squats jumping jacks and lunges each day which one will help me get greater results?
