You are really setting yourself up for disappointment with your current workout.
1. You cannot spot train. Once again, you cannot spot train just one muscle group. So if this is all you've been doing in hopes of seeing spectacular results, you aren't going to see them. Your body adjusts and adapts to exercise which naturally puts a stress on the body and will compensate and regulate itself to a stasis point unless you change up your routine and challenge it again. A significant gain won't really be made by adding 10 more squats a week. You need to constantly challenge your body and do a variety of things including things like cardio and flexibility work.
2. Keep in mind also, genetically if you don't come from a family with big butts or the possibility of big butts, there is only so much you can physically do. If everyone from mee maw on down has a flat skinny butt, odds are you're stuck with what you got.
3. Try interval training. You do intense workouts, that are split up into smaller spurts with a short rest/recovery time in between. So you would do something like weighted sumo squats for 2 minutes, 20 seconds rest, explosive lunges 2 minutes, 20 seconds rest, another exercise, another rest for like a 15 minute period and then you're done. You'll need a recovery day for that muscle group in between but doing such intensity has been shown to continuously burn fat, grow muscle even while you are at rest.
4. Consider hiring a trainer who can help you accomplish your goals or if that isn't possible, for free, you can go online to Fitness Blender which offers hundreds of free online workouts for all your body parts.

you need to do more than just that to get better results.
do squats with weights. like 3 sets of 10 or 15, depending on how much weight you use.
lunges with weights
and booty excercises. get some ankle weights, they help a lot!
20-40 lunges a day isn't even a workout, that's a warm up, assuming you're only doing body weight.
if you have nothing but body weight to work with then you need to create your own circuit workout that looks something like this
- jog 20 seconds
- side to side
- high knees
- back feet
- 25 push ups
- 25 sit ups
- 15 squat jumps
- 25 lunges
- bear crawl
- 10 burpees
rinse and repeat 3 sets
Building muscle is all about volume. If you want more/bigger muscles, you must tax and exhaust muscles while forcing blood into said muscles and keeping it there. The only way to do thus is via high volume concentric isolation training along side proper nutrition and rest.
