Does anyone else like the day after the gym pain?

I actually love the feeling of tight muscles an a hurting body the day after I leave the gym, cause it's a sign, to me at least, that I at least tried. I've been going more often, and even signed up, because I need to be more active. I've become quite lazy since I quit track earlier this yr. So I signed up for a $40/mo (for 18 mo) gym membership to force myself to go, like I tell myself "I already paid for it and I'm stuck here, I have to pay a lot to get out of it, so use it Chris." and I go an stay for about half an hr to 45 mins, to an hr if I'm pissed.

But I digress a little, so does anyone else like that feeling or is it just me?

And it's usually only with my upper body, cause I admit to being pretty damn weak. Gotta do a LOT in leg workouts to feel it.
