Actually it's wrong to eat less calories.
You need to exercise and eat the "right" calories.
I still eat 1500- 2000 calories a day but I eat healthy and exercise. I lost fat and that should be your goal. Eating less and not going to the gym is not the healthy way and you will lose muscles and some water but not fat.
Try to eat enough breakfast like eggs or oatmeal.
For lunch rize, chicke, beef but no pork!! And please don't eat only salad because there isn't any nutrition!!
And for dinner something light you can eat also meat but no carbohydrates anymore such as rize.

You can go on a diet, exercise, drink lots of water, eat vegetables and fruits.
It's a long comittment, but it pays off. The ONLY way to do it is watch your diet and exercise. There's plenty of workout on the internet, if you want, you can message me, I'll send you some good ones. I'm just sick of writing paragraphs for people who won't even try to use the info.
to effectively lose and KEEP IT OFF, you need patience over all else. realize and accept that this will be a long journey throughout your life, it won't be some quick 3-6 months routine and then you're finished. you will be committing years here.

Run a small calorie deficit over a long period of time. You can do this by figuring out how many calories you burn a day and subtracting like 100 to 200 from that number. You don't have to run a deficit every day to accomplish weight loss. As long as the long term tend is slightly less than what you need, you'll burn fat.
Also, do not over do it. Don't try to loss a lot of weight too fast, you'll end up making things worse by slowing your metabolism.Make a permanent lifestyle change. Cut sugars out completely, eat sensibly, drink lots of water and exercise regularly.
