What can I do to loose the weight?

Okay I'm 15 years old, I'm 5'3" and 150 lbs. Obviously I need to loose weight, I do have a bigger build..(insert cartman's catch phrase) anyways I guess I'm pear shaped I tend to carry more weight in my thighs, butt etc.. im pretty skinny on my waste, a bit of a belly but on the sides I'm fine I guess.
Anyways I've been eating right, I've cut out soda.. for three years now. For the most part stay away from junk food. I'm moderately active, and use to go to the gym but I have yet to see any results. I'll loose like 15 pounds at the most then plateau and gradually gain it back.

I have a problem keeping my motivation sometimes so that might be why... but is there any suggestions you guys can give me? What type of work outs I could do? How I can keep my motivation?
