I've tried to exercise daily but I do it for one day and then the next I say to myself "I'll do it later" but never get round to it!
I'm not really over weight just like 2 stone but it's really bothering me. I want to loose it. Any ideas? thanks :(
I have followed so many types of diet programs. They all failed to make me reach the goal I had aimed for. ONLY One trick got me there. A LIFESTYLE change. Don't follow any diet. Don't eat only soup and veggies like some girls do. You just need to eliminate some foods from your diet for a lifetime. I stopped drinking soda for a year now. I don't eat junk food. I still eat chocolate but I now eat darker ones and not as frequent as I used to.
The trick is to know what you're eating. Before, I just ate. And when I followed a diet, I starved myself then got depressed or hungry and ate again. It gets you nowhere. Best thing is to know what to eat, when to eat and most importantly what to never eat at all.
I also used to almost never exercise at all. At one point I forced myself to exercise. I started slow and now I run for an hour on the treadmill or outside when I have the time. Everything starts small, but you gotta start. :)
What I'm trying to say is...don't starve yourself. Make smarter choices. AND don't cut out food just to lose weight, but to lead a healthier life. I took my time. I didn't rush. I am a happier person now. :)

Abs are made in the kitchen. Weight loss is about 70% diet and 30 % exercise. Or 80/20. I have heard both. Anyways I know it's tough I have been there, make sure you stick to healthy eating. Let yourself have one day a week to have treats or else you will go nuts, believe me, and get 30 mins of exercise three to five times a week. Cardio and strength training are good for losing weight. With strength training, fat turns into muscle and muscle speeds metabolism therefore making it easier to lose weight. Always drink a lot of water and cut out all pop (soda) juices, anything processed, and you should see results. Hope I helped! I looked into all this as well before

Set aside 5 minutes every day for a week and work out for that five that minutes straight in one exercise. Do this until you successfully do this for 7 whole days. Then bump it up to ten. It's commitment training, +5 mins. every week you successfully do it every day.
As for eating better and managing eating change what you stock. Rather than trying to fix your behaviors fix your grocery shopping list by either buying less food or buying less calorforic food. You will lose weight doing both of these things over time and the 5 minutes is relatively intense for those who are not active.
IF you are active start at 15 mins. instead.

Reduction of caloric intake and increased physical activity is the only way to do it. There are no shortcuts, you just have to exert the wilpower to do it until it becomes habit.
Since you're under 18, I'm guessing you don't do your grocery shopping... Which means living at home with other people making poor diet choices increases the burden on you. But when you're on your own and can control your diet better, be sure to shop from a list instead of browsing and making impulse buys at the store. If you don't have the junk food at home, it's a lot easier to resist the temptation.

Maybe try to find something interesting to spend your time doing rather than eating out of boredom. I've occasionally found myself eating chips just because I had nothing to do but when I go out and do stuff this happens less often. If it's nice outwhere you live, go for a walk or hike instead of sitting around eating junk
Defo a lifestyle change. Losing weight isn't a black art, u simply need to burn more calories than u take in. You could eat 3k in a day and lose weight if u were training hard to a triathlon burning 4k a day for example
Do low intensity cardio every alternate days for 45mins.
Walk fast for 45 mins but slow enough that you can sing all Taylor swift song lyric-to-lyric without panting.
And ye. Give up on carbs and sodium, or if you can. Reduce it to minimum
Force yourself to do it at a specific hour of the day on a regular basis.
Believe in yourself! 2 stone will be a breeze!
