What are some good weighs to loose weight?

Honestly I'm not fat I'm 5/3 and I weigh 127pounds but my problem is I have stomach problems I've had them forever and I gain and loose weight rapidly and its not like I can help it! I feel extremeley helpless and unattractive when I gain weight does anyone have this problem or any idea how to help it?

It's purely to do with the percentage of body fat you have. Your BMI is healthy, probably around 22 or 23. However, unless you get your % body fat down to single digits, you won't see the lower abs. You'll just have a 4 pack that cannot go down.

If you truly want your abs you'll have to lose more weight.

Try hot yoga? I'm 5'3" and used to be 123 lbs. After doing hot yoga 4 times a week for a month, I weighed 118lbs and my stomach was a LOT flatter. More so than if I go to the regular gym and do elliptical or something.
