there's a wedding, and festivals, and of course I just wanna look good!
any advice and stuff, that could help me? thanks a lot! :)
they're all really helpful! thanks a lot!:))
I've been trying to get fit as well! I use a site called myfitnesspal.com, its awesome! I can track my calories, and it shows me (a rough estimate) of how many calories I burned doing a certain workout etc. I have it on my itouch so I can log whenever I want. It's helped a lot. Plus there is a great community of other people working out too. I found that cutting out soda and substituting water has made a big difference! I just try and eat fruits and veggies, rice, chicken, and thing like that! I'd check out that site though! It's free and easy to use!
People have listed a lot of stuff already, but a good one is to cut out soda completely. If you can, only drink water (and I guess milk is okay too), and a LOT of it. That on its own will help a bunch.(: And if you're going to be serious about working out, walking is not a work-out imo, although a lot of people use it as one.:p
I'd suggest the Reset body cleanse. Its a gluten free low glycemic diet that lasts 5 days and purges your body of all the harmful toxins in your digestive system. My mother and step dad just finished it and lost 7lbs and 6.4 lbs.
Here's a link for it link
Do cardio every single day and learn to take pride in preparing healthy meals. Drink water.
Those simple adjustments will make you lose weight over the long haul.

I play soccer and these are some things we do...
for abs: planks (works your arms too), crunches,
legs: squats, lunges, wall sits, box jumps
arms: Barbell Bicep Curls and push-ups.
butt: Hip-Lift Progression ( link ) , dumb-bell squats, explosive lunges,
and I would try and run a little everyday. :)
Eat fruits whenever you're sugarcraving,go for walks/jogs, don't eat junk foods... don't stress anything, torturing yourself is the key to failure... good luck :)))
Use www.Livestrong.com to monitor everything you eat by calories. Then you can set a target and reduce your calorie intake to meet your goal. Works great.
Obviously diet and exercise is the way. I do 100 crunchies before I go to bed each night, flat tummies are nice...
It's a combination of diet and exercise... it always is. Watch what you eat, and make sure you have at least some physical activity.
INTENSE GYM WORKOUT, DON'T BE LAZY SITTING ON GAG ALL DAY . . .
Lower your intake and exercise more is the simplest easiest way to lose weight.
Stop eating anything that comes out of a box. Start eating anything that's "real" food. Eat fruit and only fruit for breakfast. Don't eat after 8PM. Don't drink your calories.
I actually have been on a diet myself! What helped me is drinking half a mug of lemon water every morning. Make sure to check it out! I lost 10 Ibs using it. :) I hope I helped!
Diet and exercise will do.
