Eat every 2-3 hours (6 small meals a day) and drink as much water as possible. A lot of people mistaken thirst for hunger and end up overeating.
Just make sure what you DO eat is healthy (low carb, high protein). It sucks to begin with, but you get used to it and start to realize how much better you feel when you're eating well. An hour of exercise a day would work great hand-in-hand as well.
But if you don't see results immediately/whatever, don't be disheartened. Unfortunately, genetics play a huge part in how much you can lose and which areas you lose it from. As long as you are healthy, you'll be beautiful :)

Other than what has already been said, warm foods/drinks are supposed to make you feel full as are spicy foods.
There is no quick solution. There is always long term solution which has far more effects than quick solutions. Join a ladies' gym, do some work out and best of luck for next 6 months.
Limit yourself to three small meals a day. If you feel the urge to eat at any other time, eat one of your fingers. This should prevent you from having any further urges.

Also, keep yourself busy! Workout!Take a picture of yourself in a bikini and make it your desktop background on your laptop or wallpaper on your cellphone or print it out and stick it to your fridge.
That should stop you from stuffing your face.Eat slower and fill yourself up with healthy snacks like veggies. Get out and do something so you can't just grab food because you're bored.
You need to exercise and eat healthy food and no big portions.
Drink water. all the time. you won't feel hungry when you drink, yhh it will mean that you need the loo loads, but once your body gets used to it, all you'll be carrying is water weightt. it works :)
