How can I stop eating?

I want to stop eating period. That means no food... Not even healthy foods.
Maybe if I stop, then I won't be the weight I am now.

I used to be underweight, and when my doctor told me to gain weight, I gained too much!!

How can I get my mom to stop buying me food?

I don't feel like eating anymore anyways.

Wear rubber bands and every time you feel like eating pop yourself. I haven't eaten lunch in 3 weeks and now my jeans from last year fit me again.

It works, if your low on energy though just have some coffee. XD the most exercise I get on my own is getting up from my desk chair. I always try to eat as little as possible.

yes obvs food just switch out meals for example no enchaladas take chicken fillet with sweetcorn or brcalli then red sauce if you want

no lol eat 3 meals a day with snack changed to like apples breakfast fruitbowl diner chicken snack before bed just something else
when you starv its worse you metabolism gets used to a slow pace which isn't good just eat but healtheir and get a mandatory 20min walk in every day

this is what i done today (5'6 140) gym subway (turkey cheese tomato green pepper sweet corn lettuce and olives) came home went for a walk got dinner ( turkey carrots brocolli peas) and then got a shower and went on GAG lol but thats me dieting hard for a tournement

I think you should talk to someone and say you don't want to eat, they can help you. That's not healthy and you could make yourself sick.

You're going to make yourself EXTREMELY sick and probably do permanent damage. Fat is calories which are energy, but your body also needs nutrients to function and maintain itself, and without those, you're going to be in trouble.

Find sumthing to do to keep yo mind off of pork chops and beefs. Play video games, go do sum activities, juz basically anything that keeps u occupied for hrs and hrs.

you're over eating. eat 5 meals a day 2 normal meals breakfast and lunch the rest small meals about 2-3 hours apart start exercising and watch the fat drop off.
