Strength training is the way to go, simply 3 sets of 6 reps which emphasis on strength, growth and definition. It will make you stronger as well as define your body, I do strength training and am pretty toned and defined.
And the cardio you only do like 10-20 minutes sessions twice a week, never doing more then an hour to an hour and a half of cardio per week. And do the cardio after your weights not before.
This is mine by the way I am just using it an example
Day 1 Chest/Abs/Calves
Day 2 Shoulders/Cardio
Day 3 Back/Calves
Day 4 Legs/Cardio
Day 5 Arms/Abs/Calves
Abs look something like this
Cable Crunch 1 set 10-12 reps go immediately without rest into
Leg raises ( unweighted ) to failure, go immediately without rest into
Air Bicycles (Bicycle Crunch ) to failure
Rest for 2-3 minutes then repeat, then rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat.

yeah it's a good site, it's got just about everything you could possibly need from workouts, to recipes, and just overall general advice, he really gets down to the scientific and medical portions of it to.
And remember you don't have to spend tons of money, on "workouts" and information and stuff, consistent and proper nutrition and exercise is the key.
You can get those results by eating clean and doing some exercises that will work the core.
Check out Nikki Blackketter, she has a channel on YouTube updates regularly showing her workouts and all.

Fitnessblender makes amazing workout routines. It's all free and you can find it on Youtube. They have workouts targeting all areas and for different purposes so there will definitely be something for you if you want to just tone. I highly recommend it. I do all my workouts from there.
Okay, so I'm a bbg girl (that's Kaylas bikini body guide) and although it is great for eight loss, it only is so because it burns the fat. However, if you're not in need of that, your muscles will tone and you'll become stronger.

strength training won't build u muscle... do intense weightlifting workouts 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps..
tbh, if u want to look like the second girl, you need to take drugs, bcoz her bodyfat ain't healthy
try the 30 day squat challenge!
