So I have recently lost 20-25 pounds, but still not at my goal weight or where i should be with my weight. But I am kind of stuck at a stand still with my weight as i feel its harder to loose it now. Is there something i can do? Do i amp up my workout routine? I stick to a low carb diet and eat healthy. But i dont get why i am not loosing weight as fast? Help?
How long have you been working out? And what type? Muscle is heavier then fat so the scale may be registering this. Are you still increasing weights at the gym or have you plateau d?

the more you lose the harder it gets. you just have to keep going at it. and stop trying to lose it fast, accept the fact that it will take time and be patient about it.
