Since 2 days I have been having junk/fast food. In the morning I had like two small sandwiches (the bread size is not that big), then muesli with milk and apple. Then around 12.30 in college I had like a pear and then around 3.30 I had Ordered Chinese from out cause I had that temptation and my brother had ordered a veg burger from McDonald's, so I almost had like half of it, after finishing my schezwan fried rice and paneer with gravy and I haven't exercised since 2 days cause I have got hurt on my leg, so I was anyways sleepy so around 5 I went to sleep and I woke up at 7, do you think I should exercise today and I ate too much right? And then for dinner I will have something light like soup and porridge, so I should excercise?

I also had two big cups of green tea after having Chinese and almost half of a veg burger from Mc Donald's.

I had green tea so that the food digests quicker then.
If your leg still hurts don't push yourself and make it worse. Just accept that you had a full day yesterday and eat normally today so you don't throw off your metabolism.

if your leg is injured then no don't exercise. just keep resting and take it easy on the food, its only been 2 days, its not that bad. just take it easy.
