Don't have it as your goal to shed a bunch of weight super fast, that's not a really healthy or effective (long term) approach.
As simple as it sounds, the answer is diet and exercise, on a consistent basis.
No magic pill or instant cleanse is going to deliver lasting results, and any advantage you get from a 'rapid weight loss' plan will just be temporary if you don't keep those two things (diet and exercise) going constantly.

There is no quick fix. You just need to stay active eat healthy and make sure you are not over eating. Keep a eye on your portion sizes.
