Have you ever thought about lifting weights? Fitness and figure models usually lift weights and do short but high intensity cardio training rather than long distance running. Long distance running increases your cortisol levels which burns muscle and maintains fat. If you look at a lot of people who only run they have this "skinny-fat" look. Lifting weights tightens everything up and increases your testosterone levels which helps you burn fat and gain muscle - bur don't worry, you're a woman so you'll have 20x less testosterone than a man so you won't get very big at all from lifting. High intensity cardio such as interval training and sprints also increases testosterone levels, and is much more efficient at burning fat than long distance stuff, plus it takes less time, usually 15-20 minutes at most. Try that.
Also what are you eating?
My runs are all HIIT training and take about 20 mins as I sprint for 10 secs, walk for 10secs and repeat. In the morning I'll have a muesli bar and dark choc coated blueberries/goji berries (sometimes I'll blend mixed berries and coconut water and have that for breakkie), lunch is normally leftovers, tabbouleh, dumplings, or tuna on crackers, and dinner's a smaller version of whatever my family's eating with fruits/veg in between each meal as I'm alwaysssss hungry. I've considered weights but I'm concerned about the upkeep of having everything toned.
Okay, what do you mean when you say you're concerned about the upkeep?
Once you build muscle, you need to keep up with strength exercises or they'll go flabby.
What's wrong with keeping up with strength exercises? It takes less time than cardio does. Plus muscles don't get flabby. I've had to deal with injuries and other things that have stopped me from being able to lift weights for a while, I'll be getting back into the gym this week after 3 months of nothing, but my muscles haven't gone flabby at all, I've just lost 7lbs.

Have you discussed your concerns with a doctor?
She keeps saying "I'm not sure why this is happening, keep an eye on it"
I pay for all my medical stuff, and it's going to cost me $70 just to get a referral or for an initial appointment that will most likely end up with me getting a $200 ultrasound and a follow up $70 consultation for her to once again be unsure. I wanted to change doctors but my parents don't think it's a good idea.
I def think you should change doctors. Have you had your thyroid checked?
I think so, if not it's something I should definitely get checked out. 😨
