Do you find it gross when people stink of smoke?

I work in retail, when I work on the till I serve Alcohol and ciggeretes. I can literally smell the stench of smoke over the till and I wanna throw up. It's gross (I obviously don't say anything).

I just find it repulsive. One of the many reasons why I don't smoke.

Nope lol I smoke cigars and pipe tobacco so I'm pretty used to smoke and actually enjoy the smell of the stuff I smoke.

I do admit I don't like cigarette smoke to much and stale cigar smoke does reek. But other then that always tolerable to me at least.

yup its repulsive... here in UK smoking is banned in public places etc people go outside shops, pubs etc to smoke... problem is they stand a foot away from the doorway so the smoke just wafts in anyways :-(

Makes me feel like puking. I would never date a smoker. I'm always really let down when I see a guy who's pretty cute then he walks by me and I feel like someone spilled their ash tray on my face, or they light up. Smoking=definite deal breaker.

Yes, I have a hard time breathing around people like that. As much as I loved my grandmother, I had a hard time being in her house with the smell of smoke everywhere.

yeah smoking is a turn off because 1) it smells awful. 2) im sure it tastes bad too but I've never kissed someone who smokes before. thank goodness. and 3) it shows that they don't respect their bodied. grooooooss!.

I used to hate the smell of cigarettes. I grew up with it since both my parents smoked. Then I actually tried smoking myself, and it tasted exactly how it smelled. It's awful... but it relieves my stress so I smoked anyway. Now I'm used to it

I don't find the smell of cigarettes on their own to be a bad smell as an ex-smoker I love the smell of burning tobacco, it's when it's mixed with saliva, people's body odour and the smell from the person's clothes is when I think the person smells.

Probably very freudian as both my parents smoked when I was little but I actually really like the smell of cigarette smoke, although I don't smoke myself. I much prefer it to smelling alcohol on people

well i am a smoker. and no i dont smoke in presence of someone who gets annoyed by it.
and no i dont stink. they invented perfume and breath spray. and we have plenty of them where i live.

No.. you don't understand. These people wear the same coat everyday and smoke in it 10+ times a day. I can literally taste the smoke.
It's on their skin, their hair. It's on the fibers of their coats. Until you experience the smell first hand like I did you won't understand.
