Set a final goal and smaller ones as well. Take the decision you 'll loose the extra weight, no matter how much it takes. I've lost 10 kg so far but it took me a year. If you slip sometimes, don't give up. Aim to loose weight first, and after you loose it, you 'll focus more on toning your abs. It helps keeping a food diary and knowing around how much you should be eating.
