Help! Body weight and height!?

I am wondering if I am healthy for my age. I am a female 8th grader. I am 5 ft 8.5 in. tall. I weigh anywhere from 165-175. Most of the weight that I have is located in my lower torso area. I would appreciate if you gave me tips on how to lose weight without spending much time, because I get a lot of homework at my school, and without spending excess money. Please don't be mean, thank you!

I just need some tips on how to lose weight in my lower torso and upper leg area. I also want to know if I am healthy. My parents keep telling me to excercise and that I am becoming lazy and lethargic. Which I'm not, I would much appreciate your help! Thank you!!
