Can you take a look at what I'm eating and tell me if its okay for weight loss?

I need to lose weight fast. So far today I had special K cereal with almond milk, coffee (black with little almond milk), a clementine, two scrambled eggs (should I just do egg whites next time?) with olive oil, and two slices of turkey bacon. Later I plan on having mixed veggies with chicken breast cooked on stove (if I cook quinoa/brown rice too is that too much carbs today?). For snacks is pumpkin seeds okay (salted) and I have peaches. Should I go out and get more fruit?

I also ran/walked for 45 minutes today. I kind of want to go again maybe?
