I have become too concerned about my face and its hampering my fitness goals?

I can honestly say, i managed to change my face to a good extent over a course of a couple of years, however, i am not progressing at all ahead, since in a way i am becoming a little effeminate/ beta about it (i get way too sensitive too, like i clean shaved today and look 17 as mom said and it has me shattered as if my life is over lol, made me realize i need to stop being a whiny cunt) and not working on building muscle like i should now that i have gotten rid of the obesity. My waist size has gone from 32 to 34 and my chest from 39 to 38'' in the past one month, small changes in an apparent sense (i note on bb. com every week) but this is how degradation starts, how do i get back?
