Does anyone know what could be wrong with me?

I've got really bad stomach Pains down at the bottom of my stomach and to the right side, there's loads of blood and it's like a weird colour and it's clumpy, and I keep being sick.
It's definitely not my period. I've got not clue but the pain is unbearable.

What could it be?

could you have been pregnant? May be an std otherwise... or, you could have a health condition. I think u would need a ultrasound.

Is it possible you could be pregnant? If not, then its probably a cyst or a fibroid. If you could of been pregnant, it may be a miscarriage. You should see a doctor. Usually pain and blood together is not a good sign unless you are on your period.

When I say it's coming out of vagina it's not really, it's in my pee.
