And I have lasagne for dinner, should I eat it? hahahha
Do you think I am fat?

I'm not an expert on all these measurements to answer this question directly, but one thing I notice is that a lot of people talking about their weight go strictly into diet and not at all into exercise.
To me exercise is #1. For a serious athlete, they might consider diet just as important or more.
But know my fair share of girls who eat more than I do, and really unhealthy, and stay trim. It's because they exercise all the time. It speeds up their metabolism, they develop some muscle mass which is burning calories all day long, and then they can eat junk food and not have to worry about it ruining their figure (at least not in their, say, 20s).
I also just ate really junky food my whole teenage and young adult years. It never caught up to me until 30s, and it's because I exercised a whole lot. And probably the only reason it did catch up and I started getting some love handles is because I stopped exercising around 30s, turned into kind of a lazy slob for a while, and haven't bothered to fix it (something about getting married killed some of my motivation to stay in shape, perhaps since there's little point to gaining the interest of the opposite gender).
Anyway, exercise! That seems like a good one. Exercise and you can eat your lasagna and not feel all guilty.
This really helped me, thank you so much for this.
But you know I'm not the sport type and I really can't run because I get immediatelly breathless and my heart muscles hurt so I exercise and go biking when I can. What do you think on what king of exercises should i mostly concetrate?
Also my brother trains football and It's so unhealthy but has a killing body hahaha so unfair :/
Biking is great. Muscle exercises seem to be neglected by girls, can even do push ups right now (or on your knees for easy ones). Girls always seem to worry about turning into the Hulk overnight doing these. It won't happen, and it'll probably never happen without serious hardcore, life-dedicated training. Your brother might even help coach you a bit -- it's great to have a training partner.
You need to use time to your advantage and experiment with what works best for your body.
Some people metabolize sugars/starches better than others. When you reference those "skinny girls", that's what I'm talking about.
Starvation is never the answer. Consuming the foods that your body is most efficient in producing is.
Choose one of two sides: LFHC or HFLC.
Low Fat High Carb diets work for a lot of people, especially if they are based on whole foods. You must keep fats low, which may or may not hurt you. The excess carbs give you a lot of energy that you need to use.
High Fat Low Carb diets work for people who are typically sedentary (office jobs) with moderate to low activity levels, and is the best diet for diabetics and people who are carb sensitive.
Try both for at least 1 month and see how you feel. You'll get results with either.
I get that but it's not easy cause I'm still I highschool girl and my mom makes me lunch so I can doanything here. My lets say meals through one day are: Breakfast 1 boiled egg with a croasan than about 10 am I eat a croasan with honey for lunch I eat a chicken soup and fish/or meat with potatoes than about 4 am my flakes with regular milk but and for lunch toast with egg or honey, depends.
