The circulation around your face is pretty strong considering blood needs to get to your brain and all... the skin on your face is also a lot thinner/delicate than elsewhere on your body so when you're running and your heart rate increases, turning red is a pretty typical side-effect.
I'll assume that happens whenever you do any sort of cardio? The same happens to me. I've run into friends post-gym and even 15-20 minutes after, they said they knew I'd already finished because of my skin colour being a bit flushed. :P

When your body temperature begins to climb, you perspire to keep cool, but it also dilates the blood vessels in your skin to reduce your overall body temp. Your face turns red because warm, oxygenated blood rushes to the surface of your skin, which helps heat radiate off of it and prevents you from overheating. If you have no other 'symptoms' like feeling faint, or nauseous which could be early signs of heat exhaustion/heat stroke or other medical conditions, you should be just fine.
My face gets bright red when working out or in the sun for a long period of time. It is mostly good blood flow and a natural thing that happens
do you drink a lot water?
or have too much sugar in your system?

Your body is trying to get rid of the excess heat that your muscles create when you run/workout. The blood vessels come closer to the surface of the skin to do this. If you have really veiny arms, if you take a look at them on a day thats really hot and you are sweating or after you take a really hot bath or shower, you can usually see that they are more pronounced than usual.
you might want to check your pulse. training at too many bpm is unhealty. if you cleared that out, then it´s probably that blood vessles are close to your skin and it´s not a problem.
Happens to me really bad.. I don't know. It always gets really red during an XC race or a track meet
ur heart is pumping faster, so more blood is flowing, so all your vains swell up.
