Girls, what is your ideal body type for guys?

I've heard a couple female friends say a 6 pack on a guy is gross, and having veins on my forearms is gross. But I know that's not the general opinion. What is your ideal body type? I started hitting the gym recently, not to get girls, but I'm wondering what women REALLY think (and not just my lame female friends).

Women are often full of shit when it comes to this, as are many men. Every girl I've known who has said they don't like muscular men or men with abs has gone after those kinds of men. They'll tell you they like shy men but then never go out with any shy men. Ignore their words, focus on their actions. Any man who has gone from skinny/fat to a more muscular build will tell you how different women act once you re in shape vs when you're not, the bigger I got the more female attention I got.

And funnily enough I posted a poll on here ages ago (anonymously) with a picture of me when I was skinny and ripped, and bigger and less ripped, and ask girls which one looked better. In real life girls seem to prefer me bigger, all the girls on here said I looked better ripped, and some of those girls I saw on other threads saying they didn't like men with abs. Bitches be cray.

I would agree that a 6 pack isn't really my thing and having the really visible veins kinda grosses me out. Hmm, I can't really think of what to search for to find a good picture, so I'm just gonna try and find shirtless pictures of one of my biggest male crushes right now :P

Seeing that last picture properly, I can confirm that my partner is less skinny, his ribs don't show like that :P But it's that general look.

@hazoplmeught Well, that's more or less the idea, yeah? Seeing as I don't like muscles, I would prefer to avoid someone who looks like they work out, y'know? My partner does do some physical work though, usually it's just log chopping but it seems to have made his arms look a bit bigger recently.

@Guyguy2020 No, it's actually pretty small compared to most guys. You don't see it in TV or pictures because it seems to be a trend for male celebrities to wax their upper body hair. And no, most women won't have it because women don't tend to grow hair densely like that.

Hmm this guy is definitely handsome by faceand has a great body. So no wonder he is sexy. But he isn't sexy because he has that dusting of hair, he is sexy because he is sexy in other ways and his hairs can be overlooked

@Guyguy2020 Yeah, that's my point. He has just as much hair as the first image I posted, more when you consider that it's spread out across his chest too, but most women would ignore that because it's not such a big deal and the photo I posted has less hair by comparison.

I dont like 6 pack abs that much tbh, theyre nice on some guys though. I like the "v thing" but to get that you most likely have a 6-pack. Usually flat stomach or a tiny bit of tummy is fine with me. BUT i do love toned and strong arms (cant help it). Veins are fine, sometimes they're hot actually. OH and since you're hitting the gym, make sure you work your legs because I know so many girls that dislike when a guy has a huge torso/arms and really tiney legs. Goodluck

Just did a quick google search and I think this is pretty good. Muscular but not body builder huge and not super low body fat that their abs are extremely defined.

This is the closest example I could find. I like a guy who's "in between", not too muscular, not too skinny, not too chubby. I also prefer some chest hair.

Who doesn't like nice abs on a guy? I LOVE fit guys, not just because they look good, but because I can see they have strong determination! They actually took the time to eat healthy and go to the gym with no excuses whatsoever. So no, it is not gross at all.

I like broad-shouldered and muscular but not too big and with a high enough body fat percentage not to be too defined. I also like lanky guys who look like they work out just a little. I preferred skinny guys to muscular guys until I was 17 or 18.

I have a crush on a guy that is strong, but doesn't have a six pack yet he's still hot, then there is another guy that does have a six pack and is hot.
