What is the worst tasting medicine you have ever taken?

For me it's Phenegran. It's supposed to help control nausea but tastes and smells like it's going to give you nausea.

I like to dissolve medications so I've tasted a lot. I think the worst I've ever tasted was SAM-E, although it's more of a supplement than a medicine. But if you want to taste something nasty, buy some SAM-E and chew one of the tablets. Powder Gabapentin is pretty bad tasting too, and of course robitussin cough syrup.

Well at camp they gave my Advil for my headache. Stupid me didn't know not to chew the gel capsule and had my mouth splattered with foul-tasting, incredibly basic medicine. I couldn't drink enough water to get the taste it of my mouth

It was a medicine in an ampoule. I can't remember the name since it was a long time ago, back when I just turned 10. I never had a problem with medicine , but that one tasted awful. Too bad I had to take three whole boxes of it :(
Each box had about 24 ampoules.

There's this liquid one called "Paspertine" in my country and the taste literally makes you wanna throw up. Ironically it's against nausea and it actually works real wonders if you manage to keep it down.
