Yes ma'am.I'm 16 but have struggled with my weight since I was 4/5.
I was put on stomach pills when I was around 5/6,when doctors couldn't...figure out what was wrong with my stomach and digestive system, those were steroids and I gained weight and I was underweight at the time.My family members would call me fat when I was underweight and tell me I needed to stop eating. Then when I gained weight they had a real reason to poke fun and call me fat.I took diet pills when I was 9,and they actually help curb your appetite and work really well,I would use them now but I'm on accutane.Actually, when my mom and I were going through sh*t,I actually went a little over a month without eating to lose weight, but I forgot what happened and I started eating and grrr.I was younger though.
I'm not overweight,i'm healthy for my height and..weight haha, but my range is 107-145,but I want to get down to my lowest point of BMI,and I was on "teen BMI" yesterday which is an app,and it said for me,I could get down to like 90 lbs and be healthy, but technically my weight range is like 110-138,but I want to get down to 100 because it would be awesome.I'm 5'3 so every f*cking BMI thing tells me something different.
I have no "success" story though, but I'm happy other people can have successful stories cause that's good.Congratulations:-)

Actually, my story is a little different. Instead of being overweight, I've been struggling my whole because I'm underweight. It seems that everything I do to try to gain weight doesn't work because I have such a high metabolism. Any food I eat doesn't go straight to my thighs, instead the calories are burned extremely fast. So what I did to help my problem is I started running and lifting weights to gain muscle mass. It's really helped in the past year, because now I'm a very healthy weight.
As for your part, congratulations for losing all of that weight! I know how hard it can be, and I really respect you for not giving into your cravings and for not ditching the idea to lose weight. You actually followed through! But one thing I think you can do is eat sweets as a reward. I mean don't eat them every day, but you can have them every do often and it won't hurt.
First congratulations.
In high school and college I was a exercise freak, football, wrestling, track and field in high school and football in college, I was 6'2" and 220lbs in my best shape. I got out of school got a new job started working 70-90 hours a week and lots of traveling, stopped working out stopped eating healthy after a few years I weighed about 260lbs. It took me about a year to get back to 215 be there for a few years now.
