I heard from a physician that a healthy weight for a female is 100 pounds for the first 5 feet then approximately 5 pounds per inch, plus or minus 10% depending on body build.
If I were you, I'd try to stay as close to 12 pounds as possible. If this should prove difficult, I recommend the Hitler diet.
