Well I don't know about health shakes but my favorite make your own drinks Are fruit smoothies and how I make mine I get my favorite fruits cut them up use a package of yogurt usually strawberry and some orange juice and blend and some. Times I do put a little rum in if I'm having a party

there's this energy juice place by my school and I go there every morning for their energizing juice. I don't remember the exact recipe but there are 8 different fruits in it and it's good as anything

4 parts H20, 1 part frozen H20. its particularly good when enjoyed on a hot day.
