Got to hit the gym. I wish more women worked out their butts. Most of you ladies just hit cardio and neglect your legs and backside. Not a good routine.
If you don't have a gym membership start doings squats at home with your backpack loaded up. Make sure you get low. Do 4 sets of 15 reps, then run some stairs for a few minutes (2 or 3) skip every other step to get a better lunge.

work out the glutes.(squats, frog extensions). I am a dancer and my butt gets bigger whenever I start doing ballet, because you have to keep the bum tight:))) cycling is also great.
climb stairs, run, do squats and jumping squats. basically workouts to work the glutes.
Squats, lunges, deadlifts, using lots of weight.
