Something that helps me is laying down on the floor with my arms straight up, then sit up and touch your toes. keep your arms out as you start to lay back down, but once you get in a V shape, pull your legs up so you are in a V balancing on your lower back. Then reach up and touch your toes again, using your stomach to reach up. Then slowly lower your upper body and legs back down so they hit the ground at the same time. Do this like 10-15 times a day. I would start with 10 because it might hurt the next day until you are use to it. It really helps the lower part of your stomach which is what typically sticks out the most. It doesn't take long and its kinda hard but worth it. I can't do 10 in a row without pausing and I've been doing it for about 6 months on and off. its OK to lay flat with your arms up and breathe between each one because that way you will use your stomach to sit up and not your arms or back. hope this helps!

there are different kinds of crunches I know 3 that won't hurt also try dancing I was 158 pounds and I started dancing like hip hop, and even dirty dancing I went to those classes and worked out and now a month later my big belly went flat and sexy :) I'm so happy now but yeah try that out for a month and believe me you will get a great result
Everyone always says just do a lot of crunches. No you need to run a lot burn then fat/ calories off. Crunches only help with making abs bigger. so once the fat is trimed off then do crunches if you want bigger abs.
Crunches do nothing to make you stomach flat. If anything, you'd get larger abs and have a slightly larger stomach overall. Just lose a lot of fat, if you get really fit then you'll have a flat stomach.

crunches and sittups will develop your abs...
I find jogging, believe it or not, will help you get a flat tummy!Anyone ,Please answer it! I have the same problem too...
T.TFrom what you're saying... Do you already have a muscular stomach it just sticks out? If so, look up stomach vacuums. It's a good exercise to get yourself to naturally suck it in.
the only option are: eat well, exercise + patience and persistence or surgery
