Confidence. =) if it's something that you want to do then you should go ahead and loose the weight if it would make you happy. I know its good to stay fit but then again if you're not like a billion pounds overweight then is conforming to something or someone else worth it? In all honesty...it's up to you. what ever you choose that is right for you. so if you want to do it go ahead. if you don't. then don't.

Honestly, I think you've identified the problem. Do P90X or something like that and in 90 days you'll be a new person. Look at before and after pics on YouTube. Worked for me. BTW, I have no affiliation to the company that makes it.
