I'm 130 lbs. but I'm 5'8", so I'm still considered small.
He's 6'2"...but he's about 210 lbs.
He's a big guy! He's gone through phases where he doesn't eat and he just bashes himself and you can tell he feels uncomfortable.
What can I do to help him lose weight the right way?
I know how to lose the weight, but how do I help HIM follow a good diet and a healthier lifestyle without seeming like it's a huge issue. I don't want to make him feel like a cow.
