Avocados are one of natures superfoods! I love them and they are great for you. Buy as many as you can eat, as they can be expensive, but are a great source of healthy fat and tons of other rich ingredients that your body craves. :)

They make awesome face masks but they're healthy and yummy too. They're high in fat but its GOOD fat. Most of the fat found in them help lower cholesterol. They also increase your HDL (lipoprotein levels) which help fight heart disease.
