I think I need to restrict the carbs I eat, so I'm wondering what are some low carb foods that still taste pretty good.
What are the tastiest low carb meals you can eat?
Low fat ricotta with protein powder - w a little bit of peanut butter if you want to add, egg white omelet with few veg - and agin can add but of peanut butter, protein pancakes, "protein fluff" - it seriously good - you find recipe on YouTube, protein cheesecake made on lowfat cheese...

I recently tried spaghetti squash. It's so delicious. It's basically ground beef, tomato sauce and veggies simmered in a sauce pan. Then you take a squash and bake it until it's soft enough and use a fork to rake out the inside and add it to the meat sauce. It's a good dinner idea :)
This local Mexican place re-opened a couple weeks ago and I've gone there 12 of the 16 days that it's been open. Their burritos don't seem to be too heavy on anything. But it is an exceptional joint, so I'm not recommending that you start going to Taco Bell or anything.

Meat, eggs, fibrous (non starchy) vegetables.
I guess my favorite low carb meal would be steak, grilled, along with some peppers/mushrooms/onions & tomatoes roasted with balsamic vinegar and herbs.
For breakfast I normally eat eggs, back bacon, tomato.

Wheat crackers with cottage cheese, ham, tomato and cucumber, with pepper on top. Nyummm.

omelettes with egg whites only - put whatever vegies in it you like

When I was doing the Atkins diet years ago, I remember being very fond of tuna and cheese.
Also, you can't beat a good grilled steak, when it comes to flavour.
Remember that any good proteins (meats) are low-carbs. And much of what is really flavourful, comes from fat, not carbs. -

Fruit salad with watermelon, peaches, papayas, berries. These fruits aren't the lowest carb foods, but they're reasonable and fruit salads are delicious and satisfying.
