No, not really.
Trail mix is designed to be eaten when on the go in a physically strenuous environment. You are supposed to be burning it all off.
Let's take a look at the contents of basic trail mix:
1. Peanuts: Salty and high fat and protein.
2. Raisins: Low fat, but high in calories and sugar
3. M&Ms: Yummy, chocolaty goodness.
These ingredients provide quick energy and calories. It's for short bursts, not long term nutrition. With your plan, you will probably gain weight. You need a better plan.

not a good idea, mainly because you would bee missing out on so many other "better" things to eat, like fruits that will detox your body and help you lose weight.
this is not a healthy diet plan. if you want to lose weight, I would highly recommened the diet based on your blood type. you can find online the foods that will make you lose weight, or that will make you gain weight based on the blood type. I know a lot of people that have tried it, and has worked. good luck!
I mean, sure that's possible, but you'll probably also get extremely malnourished, and that's just generally not a good weight loss plan.
